3: no joke art (thats literally hate but ACTUAL joke art exist soo do that)

4: always be nice to other artist

5: if you use ibispaint, photoshop, flash, paint.net and other, thats fine idc what software u use you always been a good artist :)

if you break the rules ill not accept it
